While the majority of other brokerages and real estate firms require a large portion of your commission, fees, and other various commitments, Global Elite Realty is able to provide a 100% commission for each sale you make. There are also other options in terms of payment and commissions splits if our 100% commission deals do not suit your work ethic. You will then submit your application for review and once we extend you an offer to join our real estate office, we will assist in your license transfer if you are currently with another brokerage.
We provide plenty of office space for our agents to utilize during normal office hours. However, many agents today prefer to work from the comfort of their own home which is fine with us as well. We also provide you with a professional working area with access to computers, private tables/desk, and refreshments.
Global Elite Realty has 5 different commission plans you can select from with the 100% plan being the most popular plan. If you are currently a licensed agent with an active real estate license then all you would pay the Real Estate Commission $25 Transfer Agency Fee. Bring new agents that have not activated their real estate license will view the start costs below.
Brand New Agent Start Up Costs
Starting in Real Estate is like starting your own business, except easier. You can be up and running in real estate in less than three weeks from starting the licensing class. There are, however, some costs associated with starting your own business. Here is a list though keep in mind as they are not Global Elite Realty fees and they are subject to change without notice.
UPFRONT FEES NEEDED
Simple, our Broker is a "Working Broker" that generate her own sales and as a result the agents are able to pay a very low monthly fee of only $99 which is cheaper than what most franchise brokerages charge their agents. In addition, our Broker feels that it is the agent that did all of the work therefore the agent should be able to keep their commissions.
